 There are a few ways for you to start your underwater adventures with Ocean fox. .
​  PADI ​Discover Scuba diving. 
Ever wonder what it is like to breathe underwater? Sometimes people are not sure if they will like scuba diving. So rather than investing into the full PADI Open water course the PADI Discover scuba diving program is the perfect way to see if diving is for you. The morning begins with an introduction from your instructor. A safety briefing, equipment demonstration then off into shallow water. (Usually the pool or the ocean if it is a calm day) Once you are comfortable in the water you will master a couple of easy skills that will assist you underwater. Once your instructor is happy you will then go to the dive boat and head out into the beautiful Bahamian water where you will complete 2 actual ocean dives accompanied by your PADI instructor to a maximum depth of 40 feet. This program does not include a qualification. Prepare to discover a whole new world!
Price is $250 per person.

PADI Open water course.
The PADI Open water course is the first entry level course for diver certification and is recognized globally. After successful completion you will be qualified to dive anywhere in the world with a buddy to a maximum depth of 60 feet. 
​The PADI Open Water Diver course includes three parts: Knowledge Development, Confined Water Dives, and Open Water Dives. Knowledge Development covers the principles, concepts and terms you need to know for dive safety and enjoyment. During the Confined Water Dives, you learn and practice scuba skills in a pool or water with pool-like conditions. You'll enjoy making one or more minidives, which take you through the same steps you follow when you make open water dives. To complete training you practice, apply and demonstrate what you learn during four Open Water Dives at a local dive site.

There are a couple of options available to you:
Option 1.
To complete the entire course here in the Bahamas you will need to allocate 3 whole days (providing that you have already completed your PADI Elearning section). These 3 days may need to be flexible if the weather is not suitable.
There will be a confined water session, followed by 4 ocean dives on our custom dive boat. The dives will be done with 2 dives over 2 days. 
​Price includes PADI certification fees, confined water training, 4 open water dives, equipment rental, drinking water/cookies on the boat. Full time instructor.
Price is $1050  per person.

Option 2.
The referral course.    
Our most popular option. Most people wish to maximize their vacation time as much as possible and don't want to spend hours studying or practicing pool sessions while on vacation. They choose to complete the elearning/pool work in their home country at their local dive center. Then come to the Bahamas and complete the 4 ocean water dives over 2 days in the crystal clear waters of the Bahamas. Maximizing your fun time!
You must have completed (and bring with you) the Elearning section and all confined water work prior to arrival.
 
Price includes PADI certification fees, 4 open water dives, equipment rental, drinking water/cookies on the boat. Full time instructor.
Price is $530. 2 people required to run a course. Private tuition can be provided at extra cost.
